Get Well Soon, Tony! (tonysounds)

I just saw on Facebook that Tony got ill over New Years, so I wanted to take the opportunity to wish one of our MWKCFH hosts well!

(While he posted what happened, I'll leave details up to him if he wishes to share here. I don't know when he will be fully back online nor when he will see this thread.)

Tony is maybe fortunate....the high temp in Chicago on Monday is -10F. Sounds like a great time to sleep in.

Btw, high temp for me in St. Louis is zero (that's F). 8-12" of snow tonight....Chicago will be worse!!!!

Hey Tony... Get your ass out of bed and hop on a plane to NAMM. You will feel much better in this sunshine.

Feel better dude...

Judging by his FB updates (I'm presuming therefore he can probably see this forum too), he's on the mend, though it might take some time to fully recover. I've already PM'd him on FB but Tony, once again thinking of ya bro. I'm sure an SK1 would be compact and light enough for those tray table things they put over your hospital bed? :)

How strange. I was reading through the posts in this thread and for some reason I started thinking "gallbladder." Maybe because my Dad just went through this, bursting and all. Even at it's best, it's horrible. At it's worst . . . well, we don't want to go there.

Congrats on your new life without that pesky gallbladder!

Damn, we are all getting old... We sound like a bunch of old farts talking about their ailments.

Feel better, Tony! And I will not be buying you a drink anytime soon.

Dave, my wife managed to put about 10 years on me the other day when she handed me a neatly-filled plastic box bearing the label: "Aidan's medication".

I've been following the FB posts, but wanted to give my well wishes! My wife had her gall bladder removed a few years ago, she was in a lot of pain prior to the surgery, so I have an idea of what you went thru. Get well fast!

Man, those pesky gallbladders.... An adult student of mine went through a similar experience a few years back. And my wife has had on-and-off issues with hers for years.

Hope you're feeling better soon, bro.. Keep us posted, as you are able..
