I am leaving at 4:30 AM ( ) for Mexico City tomorrow morning for two days (ADAM thing), so I won't be able to send them out until Friday. However, they should start landing as early as Saturday in the LA area, and into next week across the US. Please use this thread to acknowledge the arrival of your personal copy(s).
