kanker.
The Orleans one has long been a favorite of mine, as far as bad album covers go.... A ROMpler is just a polyphonic turntable.
mate stubb
I was going to post Billy Joel standing in a meat locker, but after seeing some of those in the first link.... NOT WORTHY! Moe ---

Joe Muscara
kanker makes me see that Orleans one every time I see him on iChat. I'd use that "My Pussy" one, but he'd enjoy it. I might too. Mark Zeger
Front and center on that Orleans cover is John Hall. Make that former Congressman John Hall. I think he represented Magpel's district until last year.
Legatoboy
This one always disturbed me: Yes that's Billy Joel . . . Having used the actual Parkway Diner on Francis Lewis Blvd and Northern as one of my old band's after gig diners for many years still doesn't seem to make this photo any better in my mind. It's just a disgusting idea and I kind of like Billy's lyrics. http://mydisguises.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/attila1.jpg CP-50, YC 73, FP-80, PX5-S, NE-5d61, Kurzweil SP6, XK-3, CX-3, Hammond XK-3, Yamaha YUX Upright, '66 B3/Leslie 145/

marino
I think there was a Faith No More album from the 90s with pieces of meat everywhere... frankly, disgusting. The absolute worst album cover I ever saw was a Bud Powell album, a drawing with his face's skin somewhat stripped off to show skull and flesh... I'm afraid they wanted to represent Bud's descent into madness in his later years... I would like to have those people here for a very frank talk. Urgh. ...sorry, I don't feel like searcing for those covers as I have no curiosity to see them again.
WheelHead
I have to add that to my solo piano repertoire. I know. Luckily I don't do weddings anymore but just when you think you have all the covers another pops up. Amazing Slowdowner to the rescue again, I suppose, for some. W. Josh Paxton
I remember that Bud Powell album. But I had it on cassette, so the picture was just big enough to be disturbing, but too small to see what was really going on. Odd choice indeed.
Tonysounds
...sorry, I don't feel like searcing for those covers as I have no curiosity to see them again. marino
Tony, what can I say, um... thanks? The Love Beach cover is more sad/funny than plain "bad"... moj
This is a pretty hideous album cover for Coltrane. If the record company thinks this a visual image of "Coltrane's Sound" then the art director is an idiot. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/61JyJJqIJuL._SL500_AA300_.jpg
MuzikTeechur
The Beatles' "Butcher" album is probably the worst, but this one has always disturbed me: http://static.rateyourmusic.com/album_images/495646b72703ac0253f81a441c58d103/53969.jpg Muzikteechur is Lonnie, in Kittery, Maine. Griffinator
Tony, what can I say, um... thanks? The Love Beach cover is more sad/funny than plain "bad"... Just think of the Giger paintings on the Brain Salad cover from just a few years before... Love Beach, I always thought, was a poke at Bee Gees covers... The FNM cover (Angel Dust) was a poke at the RHCP (with whom FNM had quite a feud for quite a long time because Anthony Kiedis thought Mike Patton was "copping" his vocal "style"), who became notorious for playing in their underwear. A bunch of loud, obnoxious music I USED to make with friends.
