  1. Great find Eric! Thanks. I find dialing up the mid eq also helps a bit. Joe
  2. My opinion, if it matters, why not update the Mojo 61 to be able to play the other instruments on the optional lower manual while playing VB3 on upper manual and call it a day. For us hardware guys this is huge. $ale$ will skyrocket! Go Guido!
  3. Congratulations; no mo snow, way to go! Joe.
  4. Nice piece of hardware. Now please bring back the Hamichord. ð
  5. You can always press the Not Now box at the bottom of the FB page request to login. I'm not a member either, but can view all Guido's posts and view pics. Crumar.it and go to follow on FB works for me. Joe.
  6. Google Hammond organ company USA, go to support page for tutorials.
  7. Good for you Stan, you will be very happy with the sk1; I'm late to comment, but I still have mine and for what we play, it is a great backpack B3/Epiano, piano. Joe
  8. Wow, some people... this kind of thing didn"t work out too well in Pompeii a few years back.. but looks like fun, but not for the weenies!
  9. LX, to tame that top octave turn down the bass and treble to off, try the default vb3 organ, use cut 1 in generator parameter, add some e q back as needed. Also try the '62 B3, sweet sound. Joe

  11. Hi, you may have tried, but before you turn on anything in your rig, ground yourself to anything that will disperse any static charges that have built up. Winter is notorious for this; touch the screws in a switch plate, or even the metal corner bead on the edge of Sheetrock corners. Yes, I"ve gotten zapped like that. I also recommend touching your rig stand and hold it for a second or so, put your foot on the fc7, then turn on your rig as normal. Sounds nuts but this works, AND if you walk away or leave the rig while it"s running, be sure to ground out again, just grab the stand. Besides the snap charge on the finger, I can hear the discharge faintly in my amp. Good luck! â¡ï¸
  12. Ok Gary, I"ll ask, where did you get that drive unit and who makes it if still available? I"m sure it covers the o/d and looks cool. Nice find. Joe
  13. Hi, it is used to connect an organ with an 11 pin output to a 6 pin 147 amp in the Leslie. HS xk3, 3c or Crumar Mojo (some had 11 pin outs) or others. takes care of power supply, audio and switching in one box. Joe
  14. I received a HX-3.5 Midi Expander this week running latest 5.630 operating software. A very cool little box with HUGE sound. Getting to know it and programming it with my boards. Wanted another organ voice and this is it.
  15. Hi, a little oil may help; my A100 actually had that issue until I bolted down the generator. It settled down more 'square ' and start and drive shafts were more true. Started smooth and quiet every time after that. Could also just be the cold! You guys got hit pretty hard up there. ð
  16. Thanks guys, I was able to get the phone loaded today. Back in action. Joe :-)
  17. Hi all, I purchased KM version 2.7.4 about 4 years back and loaded it on an Ipad as my cell phone at that time couldn't handle it. Have a new phone now that has plenty of storage. The version on the Ipad has multiple choices of the instruments. I let my son in law load KM pro onto new phone, but version 4.1 only has the 5 main instruments, with no choices under their headings. I assumed that we could just copy or share the existing app between my 2 devices? Any help or suggestions would be great. I had been using the Ipad for piano voices on the lower manual of my Mojo rig; would like to use the cell phone instead. I deleted the app from my phone hoping to make a clean start of it. Thanks in advance, Joe.
  18. Thanks DD & DD for sharing; drew me all in. Can never get enough of their music. Thanks, Joe.
  19. He was using or thinking about using a BK Butler overdrive pedal in the chain a year or so ago. I didn"t follow up, but he gets that rig screaming. Joe
  20. THAT'S IT! Thanks Drawback/clawback. That's the thread and page I was looking for. You guys here got it right; the instruction manual from Korg states make connection to midi IN. That might work for Kronos or another board, but it's midi out in the Mojo 61. All working as it should, thanks again! Joe
  21. Hi all; I can't recall which thread I read about using a KPK with K Module with Crumar Mojo 61 & lower manual. So I bought the Plug Key, trying to make it happen. I'm connected up to my amp; I do get sound from the ipad module direct, but no sound from the lower manual of the 61. I followed directions I read here as follows. Module set to channel 2: Mojo editor: TX channel 1, Alt channel 1, CCsend none, CC presets don't send. Sustain pedal to lower only. Maybe my Ipad is too old for Plug Key; but this Ipad connected directly to my Mojo dual organ works great for piano sounds on that lower manual Thanks for the help here; I wrote down one of our members directions above, but should have wrote down the thread too. Joe.
  22. Check the hi/lo button position on the back panel; try it while rehearsing when u can. Joe
