  1. He's posting, so presumably... UTC.
  2. PEBCAK. Short answer, set your time zone properly in your Preferences under your account (click on your name in the top right corner, scroll down near the bottom of the page). You might want to Google "daylight saving time" while you're at it.
  3. Top left corner -> "All"/"Owner"/"Dealer" -> Click "Owner", problem solved. Although I'm sure I'll hear why it's not actually solved soon enough.
  4. Was lucky enough to spend some time with this (the 61 key version) last night & today, along with a brief run on the Jupiter Xm. My comment to those in attendance was that this was the first Roland keyboard in at least a decade where I sat down and played and wondered if Eric Persing had been involved in the design/sound creation for it. Other "damn, I want this" moments: the integration between Mainstage's Smart Controls and the Fantom display and the Ableton-like scene/clip capability. Still a few things that could be improved, and likely will, but overall my reaction was that this was a damn sexy beast, and I wish robbing a bank was easier. Shots definitely fired over (or perhaps through) the bow of the Kronos, here.
  5. Fixed*. * depending on the tour, of course...
  6. If I'm honest, I'm not certain I know why I was bestowed the honorific of being in the title of this particular thread, Just a little tongue-in-cheek attempt at humor, seeing as you aren't known for holding back your opinions and telling it like it is. If this is an honor you'd rather not be bestowed with (ever, or just this particular instance), I'm happy to edit the title of the thread (if I still can!). Oh, sorry, I missed that; guess I'm mellowing since the change of ownership 'round these parts! LOL Given this description, I'm happy to accept the honor (or, in my neck of the woods, honour ). Thanks!
  7. If I'm honest, I'm not certain I know why I was bestowed the honorific of being in the title of this particular thread, so.... not sure I have anything to add that CountFosco hasn't already stated (ie. the decades-old trend of featuring decidedly "non-jazz" artists on the stage at Montreaux); I'm unfamiliar with the subject of the OP, and based on the tiresome armchair quarterbacking in this thread, I have very little desire to expend any effort to change that.... so.... As you were, I suppose?
  8. Those who fail to learn from history are destined to post about it on an Internet forum.... I mean... um....
  9. * where the publishers would let them either name the song/band, or play an excerpt. Especially sad/funny with Bohemian Travesty (errr... Rhapsody).
  10. That is the sale price (normally $49.99 Canadian).
  11. This is now up on YouTube: [video:youtube]https://youtube.comb/watch?v=vPBirt1YhuM
  12. From the AudioKit FM Player website:
  13. Do we have a resurfacing of Robi83 under another, similiarly named account? https://forums.musicplayer.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/2107357/Jean_Michel_Jarre Bots are so tedious...
  14. I don't understand why you would delete an app you already paid for and found of some use, just because they came out with a new in-app purchase you don't want to buy because you find it over-priced. Is the rest of what it offers you any less useful than it was a week ago? What makes you think Module was useful a week ago? It's been months since I bothered to try to use it seriously, other than to open up a quick piano sound when I'm backstage trying to pick out a chord voicing, or some similar thing, and I have a dozen or more apps that do that just as easily. Which brings me to my big problem with Gadget, as you state: And another opportunity for me to tell Korg to go stuff it by refusing to pay for them to play catch-up. A shame, because it would be great to be able to use some of these things outside of their locked, walled "garden" as someone referred to it (iWavestation, iOddysei, etc) but lots of alternatives to those. Moving on...
  15. On behalf of sax players and brass pllayers around the world, sax is not a brass instrument. As you were.
  16. What would you say if I told you it's actually worse?
  17. Given that the output level is a factor of the in-ear pack, there's really no way to accurately monitor for a specific dBa level. Many of the better IEM systems have built-in limiting. You can also set up a limiter on the bus that's sending to the IEM, depending on what mixer you're using. One of the benefits of digital mixing technology. Of course, you don't provide any information about what you're currently using, so this is just so much potentially wasted speculation.
  18. Sorry, but CAD$28 for split/layer functionality and MIDI Learn? In 2019? Hard pass. Forget the lack of AUv3 support. I'm two seconds away from just deleting the app from my iPad, it (and Gadget) keep missing the mark so badly. (YMMV, as is obvious from the slightly fanboy tone of the OP).
  19. Don't bother, everybody knows that nobody reads the stickies on this (or any other) forum.
  20. Congrats. Now prepare for the deluge of criticisms that your shorter board is on the bottom...
  21. Go to your local Gibraltar drum hardware dealer with the photos and have them design and sell you the parts; it's going to come in around $2k, so there's no sense in screwing around with "maybe this part" or "maybe that part". Pony up the cash and get it done right. YMMV, of course.
