A test at that time came back negative, but a subsequent test Monday morning showed positive. He's been vaccinated, but not boosted. Yeah, he's pretty miserable. His temperature hit 101.6 for a while. You could practically warm your hands from across the room with all the heat he was giving off. The pity is that he doesn't care for jazz and probably wouldn't get the joke. Of course, as sick as he is, nothing's very funny to him right now. Poor kid. area51recording Posted January 19, 2022 Share Posted January 19, 2022 This past week was my first week off in months, since I came out of lockdown back in June. And damn if I didn't get it. Monday night I had a 102.5 fever, I took to bed and didn't get up til sometime Wednesday afternoon. And just like that, the fever broke and I've been fine ever since. The fatigue was impressive, I'm talking about having to strategize how I was going to get out of bed, use the bathroom, and get back (a total of maybe 15 steps) I like Paul Chambers WAY better......(I like ANYTHING WAY better).......
