What is a Leslie 125 worth in good condition?

It's only a drum, there is no horn. Not only that, there are no louvers on the cabinet to disperse the sound for the horn.

I had one and it was a bitch to sell. People mod them sometimes and cut their own louvers. They don't have a good residual.

I had a 125 in my band when I was a teen - you will really really miss the horn ... in my opinion, that horn is about 90% of the leslie character

$50 without amp, assuming you have a Hammond spinet to go with it.

 

$100 with one, if it works.

And here is the chief value of a 125 cabinet. You can make a tiny full function leslie out of them if you mod in the top horn. For instance, this one:
