Erlic
Nothing too fancy. Front: K2600XS and XV88Left: Hammond B3 w/2-147 leslies, with Korg Triton Studio 76 above that, and Andromeda, above that. Nice and easy. After all, one only has two hands. _____________ Erlic
JimmieWannaB
Mine is fairly straight forward:Left: Rhodes 76 w/Andromeda on topCenter: B3 and Leslie w/Triton on topRight: Yamaha Baby Grand (why muck it up with something on top?) For now, I'm fine with my B3, Leslie 122, QS 6.1 and Ion. As soon as I get a new job and move into a two bedroom house, I'm going after a used baby grand or, worse case, an upright piano. This thread is pretty funny! My rig now has a Nord Electro added to it (sans drawbars), but still have the EX and the Lead 1. My fantasty rig, since it doesn't include roadies, would now be a K-2600 on the bottom, with a Nord Stage Compact above it, no other keyboards. In reality it'll probably end up a Fusion on the bottom with my Electro on top, we'll find out again in three years or so when someone digs up this thread again! Some cool names I hadn't heard in awhile too. "Bucktunes", Steve Buckner, is an outstanding keyboardist I got to see perform in Vegas, he was just about to move to (I believe) Illinois to be closer to his wife's family, and I don't think he's posted since, guess he went into another line of work. Would be nice to know what happened to him and a few others, like Fletch and Bobro. drodrodro22
Well since this is a live situation and want to max out my sonic capabilities without taking up more than my allotted stage space as well as what realistically u can run to here is what it would be: Front:Fender rhodes markI 73 w/ MIDIAlesis Andromeda atop the rhodes Left:B3 into a leslie 122Hohner Clavinet atop the B3, fed into a crybaby Right:MiniMoog VoyagerKorg padKontrol (triggerin samples)Open Labs Touchscreen Midi controller behind me:Quad-core opteron computer with 8gigs ram running Gigastudio, controller via MIDI by the Andy and Rhodes, used for those burnin orchestral, horns, and piano sounds And of course id be sitting on a nice swivel stool haha. In ear monitors, and the sound guy can run it through whatever his cream rig is, except of course gotta use that leslie
rce1
After years of complexity and ever changing keyboard configurations I've come to like extreme simplicity live so the current live rig is one keyboard, a nearly maxed out K2600XS. If I could have anything and had roadies I'd go for an Oasys up front and a B-3 topped with an Andromeda on the side.

Rick K.
Right now, my gig rig is an RD700SX and an Electro2 73. My home rig is a Motif ES8 and a Triton Pro. There's a D10 in our practice room. My fantasy rig would be to probaby have a Fantom X8 under my Nord and have a Motif ES Rack midied to my Nord. I could probably do everything I need to with that setup. Steve LeBlanc
with roadies and unlimited funds: B3 + Leslie, Moog (or maybe Andromeda) on top Rhodes 73, D6 on top Crybaby + Line6 PODer, if you'd send a Rhodes and D6 through a Line6 Pod, well, why not just use a rompler? with roadies and unlimited funds you should really have a couple of bitchen tube amps in your rig, let those wonderful instruments come alive! I never did add my dream rig to this thread...my choices have changed a lot since I was last here...
