My bad taste? Plug in a 2 TB drive and strap in. You're gonna be typing like a demon. I'll tell you everything. You'll be sorry you asked.

My taste in music is a high point, but the roll-off slope for the rest goes downhill quickly.

I can’t taste or smell anything when I have the ‘rona.  Not sure if it takes this into account.   😉

Rest well and maintain adequate protein/water intake, brother. Wish you a speedy recovery.

I've heard Paxlovid gives people bad taste.

More on bad taste -

I went to the local Spoonerism Conference recently, where there were rumors of a food shortage, but it turned out to be simply a lack of pies.  While at the conference, I met a young women who said she knew me from the vegetarian meet-up, but I don't think I ever met herbivore.  I then met a timid cook who told me he can't make whipped creme because he is whisk-adverse.  And did you hear about the Russian king who wanted Czardines on his pizza?

To answer the thread title, I have a bad taste in my mouth after reading these jokes and throwing up a little.

I have often wondered about the expression "I threw up a little in the back of my mouth".  Oh do tell: is there someone else's mouth you might throw up in?

I still have love for FM EP sounds.😎

It fills me with bottomless warmth that Hermeto Pascoal has for decades, up to the present, continually performed with a DX7 using its EP sound.

Yep.  Imagine how many times over his DX7 has paid for itself and the amount of money he has saved on GAS. 😁😎

They got overused when they first appeared, which rather wrongfully stamped them in a negative manner. I snicker, because my beloved Korg DW-8000 featured a Taco Bell bell that was all but sampled in its accuracy. I played the bleep out of it, because the sound proper is just plain sweet. It was a few more years before I realized it was a foundational DX item. I came at it from a very oblique, subtractive angle.

Sure. From the 1980s through early 2000s, some semblance of that sound was on everything as if it was Frank's hot sauce. 😁

That's the best way to approach any sound whether it's overused or abstract.😎

I'm thinking of the Spinal Tap drummer, who we are told died when he choked on vomit, but no one could tell whose vomit it was, because "they can't test for these things".

We can only pray that these advances in AI include a prompt that can deduce these mysteries and get these serial vomiters off the streets.

Cereal vomiters give Kellogg’s Raisin Bran a bad name.  Nobody wants to clean up two scoops of that stuff off the kitchen floor.
