Let's do some Christmas Songs

Recommended Posts

I'll start, here's a dutch song form about 1850 which most people here will know (I think), played on the CP4, recorded at 100 FPS, which didn't completely come across as fluent on YT at 60FPS, but it was worth a try, of course, my edits to the sound have been done, or I'm not so satisfied with the sound, which I'm not altogether with this one, but I like it a lot better:

Here's a reggae style tune I recorded with my band Boy O Boy (later known as Fighting Gravity) in 1992. Some nice horns and decent production. I cringe a bit at my organ sound here, which for this album was a Hammond XB-2 (new at the time) with Dynacord CLS-222. Piano is a real Yamaha grand. Enjoy!

This year’s quick and dirty recording for the relatives and such…not much in way of editing or cleaning up or multiple takes, but it’s all an improv on the spot.

For something more traditional, this was the holiday tune I did two years ago.
