  1. I bought my YC61 for organ, but I really love the piano sounds too. I layer a couple together. I use it with my S90ES on the bottom.
  2. Thanks for this, if I have read about him I have totally forgot about it. Will check the doc out. What a genius.
  3. I saw a Dead auction recently where some hollowed out speaker cabinet with nothing in it was going for $6,000 dollars and similar things a lot more. Couldn't believe it. It was insane.
  4. Talas 1985. The album that should have come out then. It's great. Big fan from back then lucky to have seen this lineup twice in 84 and 85.
  5. The only time a keyboard player should be playing a bass line is if it's an extra grand piano track on the sang like the one that doubled the bass line, like Eddie Money's Two Tickets, or you're playing the Rhodes bass part that is an octave above Larry Knectel's bass line on Light My Fire.
  6. A couple of years ago I tried some of those beef tacos, as it's not my normal food. Wow really good! Taco Bell is ok once in awhile as a treat. Used to eat there when younger often . I definitely don't consider it as Mexican food when I want to eat Mexican though. And I don't want to be high just doing my daily business so get that crap away from me. I don't take my beer when I'm drinking and inject it down your throat when you are near me so you get buzzed too? So that's what you just did to me.
  7. Replaced my 2012 model with a 12.9 pro 256GB in Jan 2021. I love it. Won't need to upgrade to another one for awhile. The 2012 model wouldn't load apps I need or even work well surfing the net anymore so it was time to move on. My 3 year old phone I am ready to turn in for the new iphone as there are enough changes on the camera to make it worth it, plus 64GB is a joke. I take tons of pictures.
  8. Have been around him when I ushered at a latin awards show, and seen him play. Such charisma, great guy.
  9. Blockbuster the company is extinct, but the concert venue is the same as the Pond- re-badged and still open and holding concerts. Kid Rock was just a week ago, Art Laboe featuring several R&B bands was two days ago. https://www.facebook.com/GlenHelenAmphitheater/
  10. Oh yes, this. I sing and play it and do it in C if onstage. When I made an SMF of it and did it with a ship duo for five years I made it in C. I would be hitting the button if in C# . When I play along to the MP3 and sing it I hit the button.
  11. Thankfully they changed the monitor Mix guy after this, and it turns out 2022 was one of Arnel's best years on the road since they fixed his mix issues. By the time they got to Anaheim he was fully on it. It was as good as his first year 2008. As for the FOH mix, that was also not good at all for me! I was on the left side of the stage and when Neal would solo I couldn't hear him. Toto's mix was perfect with Luke coming through loud and clear. I believe later Journey also sacked the FOH guy too. I told Neal on FB I could not hear him when he soloed.
  12. Blue is my color. That looks awesome! I enjoy seeing people play keytars , have never used one.
  13. Top Gun Maverick. Was excellent. I have a friend that went at least five times. I guess I just don't have that kind of time. I wanted to go again. Tonight I am seeing the Dio Doc. And I would much rather go to the theater than watch stuff at home. At home I get distracted, fall asleep, so half the time I can't get anything finished without restarting it the next day. I am sure out of the three most important guitarists (Iommi, Blackmore and Vivian) we are only going to get one talking. Blackmore doesn't typically show up on docs and Vivian is persona non grata with Wendy.
  14. The new David Paich album. It's excellent! I have not got the Joseph Williams yet. But between that- Lukather's and this we have the equivalent of almost three Toto albums in just a couple of years.
  15. You should also check the warranty policy. Most products if you didn't buy it in the USA there won't be any warranty. The warranty is only for each country it's sold in. And as you have already found out distributors in each country can't sell outside their borders either.
  16. Article is wrong. Peter Wolf, singer of Jgeils is not the Austrian Peter Wolf, producer of "We built this City" fame. Two different people.
  17. Excellent Doc I watched last year. Some of the stuff I didn't know such as he's playing on that newer song ? I won't spoil it.
  18. They are identical. The YC73 and CP73 have the same Balanced Hammer Standard action.
  19. The same thing in the auto industry. Ford isn't going to dump trucks that can be maxed out with options to almost $100,000 or more ( my buddy spent about $98k on his Raptor) to just sell Rangers and Mavericks that sell for way less than half that.
  20. Why would they do that? This is the same as saying in 2006-2015 they would discontinue the Motif ES/XS/XF and just keep the MO/MOX/MOXF series. Not going to happen- that is the same as saying Gibson is dumping the expensive Les Pauls and just keeping the Epiphone line.
  21. I only saw him play once also. It was at Steamers in Fullerton probably about ten years ago. It was brilliant. I always had a premonition that he would not be around long sadly due to his issues. But it did look like at times he was trying and had lost weight.
  22. Naro- Phil Naro Band. A hard rock classic, released in 1994 low budget label. Bad label and terrible timing as this music was not in vogue due to grunge. Commercial hard rock. If released in 1986-1988 it would easily been a multiplatinum seller. Phil died of cancer last year and also has a new album coming next month with Talas which is the band I first saw and heard him with. The Naro album? The greatest rock album you've never heard. Great songs production and playing and singing.
  23. I heard Turn to Stone the other day at a car show. Those buzzing parts in the background are so cool. I think that is Richard on keyboards and not a guitar. They are incredible the way they weave in and out of the song. Really makes the song.
  24. A racing simulator isn't a game. I have been on Iracing since April 2020 probably have about 20 wins or so, haven't added them up lately. It has provided a lot of left side brain skills and also really helps with building up concentration skills too. I really enjoy it. I also get all my speed kicks on it so I drive actually slower on the freeway now, like a 90 year old man. My favorite are the IndyCar high speed ovals but I also do a lot of road racing too . Oulton Park and Laguna Seca are my best tracks. I used to do the 1994 Papyrus Indy Car sim and Iracing is the same designers and both were and are headed by David Kaemmer. So when I got back into it it felt very familar to the 1990s.
