  1. I am doing a firmware update. The thumbdrive was a given, and is in the machine. You need the browser to access the thumbdrive in the Mojo.
  2. Using cellphone, connected via wifi to the Mojo (Mojo-0fe2cb5e to be exact) with a solid connection, and using the google bar on my phone to find Mojo/ I get this message: "Your search timed out. This could be due to a slow network connection."
  3. Thanks Sven. We actually tried wifi first, successful connection no problem, but we tried a hard wire connection because nothing else was working. Same results either way, but I'll try that Mojo/ now. .Much appreciated!
  4. Hey guys. I'm trying to update a Mojo61, and while I can connect a phone or computer to the Mojo no problem, whether via wifi or cable, after making connection with the Mojo successfully, trying to locate 192.168.1.1 comes up with a "This Page isnt Working" message. Any help you might have is greatly appreciated!
  5. Thanks for all you do David!
  6. Nope. Depends entirely on the instrument. I am still in love with my SK1, and it wasn't a flagship when it came out. Nord Stage, yeah I tend to go big just to get it all. Roland FA 07 is not a flagship, but I dig it! I like my Sub 37 a LOT more than I liked Voyager, and I had the Voyager first. A90EX I think was a flagship. Real instruments speak to you.
  7. i dont know about misinformation or detours, but if we're referencing the "no, they didn't/dont use tracks"....I believe even Herbie Herbert has confirmed the use of vocal "augmentation". A band stays together long enough, they begin to become caricatures. Their choice in 3rd wives leaves me scratching my head; one is a "spiritual advisor" to an infamous guy, and the other one crashed the inauguration of a famous guy.
  8. Already ordered. Wish I knew about the Black Friday sale....too late!
  9. The Santana thing...nothing weird there. It's like any other band or friendships, they wane and they crest again. Steve Perry tho....Herbie Herbert was never shy about calling it out, so I'm not surprised. You'd think, since Gregg left prior to Escape, he and Steve would have an easier time reconnecting than maybe Perry would with Cain or Schon since they didn't have as MUCH bad blood! "he's kind of a dick, huh?" LOL that's funny.
  10. Anybody here besides Redkey have a vibanet preamp installed? Im looking specifically to cut down (eliminate) noise from stacking anything on the clav. Redkey has had excellent results and can stack a Stage Compact or Mojo on top of his clavinet. The VV guys say "nope, that's not due to our preamp, our preamp doesn't have any affect or address that problem. It's positioning." My clav is relatively quiet. there is a small amount of hiss when it's cranked up, but it really is small. If I could stack my stage on top of my Clav without getting transformer noise, I wouldn't change the preamp actually. Can anyone else attest to their results in this regard? Thanks amundo!
  11. Yeah, I took possession of an Iridium for my clav. FANTASTIC. 50lbs lighter than a Blues Jr!
  12. I saw it a year or so before that, with Bill and with Clem Burke on drums. About 5 years prior to that my band did a few dates with them, and while I dont know the keys guy was, he and the rest of the band were pure fire!!!
  13. Awwwww....Thanks Markyboard! Bobodeth....yep, I drove it one year, but that was exhausting. Last year i did it the right way: flew to Anaheim, took uber to The Strain Depot, which has a very nice smoking lounge where you can consume your purchases on site! I did such a thing, while getting the low down on aliens and pyramids and Jesus from a guy who was dabbing next to me. There I was picked up by the rest of our merry band of Nammsters. The rest is a blur! :D Life will dictate whether I go to NAMM this year. We'll see...
  14. Ive been on a little buying spree. I sold my CP73 which netted me a sweet Suitcase 88 Mark 2, and a Clavinet C in very good condition. I've bought a shitload of pedals, some old some not, including a couple phasers (MXR 100 and a Red Witch), Strymon Volante, a Boss waza CE2, a couple different Mooer pedals, an old Twah and a Strymon Iridium for my Clavinet, and a Collider for my Prophet 6.
  15. i own both the poster's K&M and the invisible and both are used ALL the time. The invisible allows you to get your boards tighter than anything else I've used. The downside is your pedalboard MUST fit between the supports. For simple collections it will be fine. My PinkFreud pedal board left to right is MiniVent Vocodoer box, expression pedal for my Stage 3, sustain for same, and expression for my SK1. It's tight but it works. Other than that there is no downside to the Invisible Stand. (buy a spare turnbuckle and keyring and keep it in your cable box. That is the only repair kit you'll ever need for the Invisible Stand.
  16. I agree. Of the whole canon, this is the one that has the most nonsense (non musical chores) with patch choreography, the little bass lick, the vocoder.....ugh
  17. Got to see Dan in action this weekend in Albuquerque. The rig sounded great, it was nice to hear the Hammond (Electro/lesiie) sounds enter the mix! I took a couple videos, but honestly I dont want to share them as they were nice surprises in the show, and I dont want to take that element away from anyone coming to see Heart. Dan is doing us all proud hitting those marks you want to hear in the music, but his accordion playing was one of my favorite parts of the show! And btw, the rest of the band sounds killer, the staging looks great, and Joan Jett (and Elle King) make it a really great package! GO SEE IT! Thanks Dan for a great evening!
  18. Wow....that just killed my GAS.
  19. Ive got Pelican (owned by SKB by the way) gun cases for my NordStage 3 Compact, my SKi 73, my FA 07, and my Yamaha CP73. I also use smaller Pelican cases for my pedalboards, and my Nord A1. Great stuff. And cheaper than instrument cases.
  20. Well.....he did file suit against them earlier this year, so...
