TommyRude
This is a good counterpoint to the "Super light 2-board rigs" thread. This could be the "Super heavyweight 1-board rig". Threadslayer
Would it be mean spirited to say that I don't like the sound of these pianos? I couldn't put my finger on it at first, but I think it has to do with only having one or two strings per note. The subtle phasing of the unisons interacting is missing or something. It reminded me of my old beater Baldwin Electropiano at times. I think native instruments got it right pitching it as a cinematic effect rather than a great piano. OOO. KuruPrionz
A genius is one thing, a weirdo is quite another. Both at once? He wins!!!!! I thought they sounded awesome, it is different than the standard piano but that is the point. Quote It took a chunk of my life to get here and I am still not sure where "here" is.
