RedKey Posted January 5, 2023 Share Posted January 5, 2023 send it back. The post below the tightener is moving too. Looks like a poor weld joint at the very bottom or very squishy carpet. I've solved loose insert pipes by wrapping some electrical tape or something around the top of the inserted pipe to reduce the "play". Krakit Posted January 6, 2023 Share Posted January 6, 2023 I have the same Pyle stand and mine doesn't have this problem, but it was packed with the wrong sized bolt and I had to call Pyle to ask for a replacement, they wouldn't give me a new bolt, just a small refund (I think it was $7) so I just cut it down with a bolt cutter and now it's all good.
