When we just posted the Survival Pool here and deciding to play was just as simple as posting in/watching a thread, we averaged 25-30 people. You and I have both been local "commissioners" for the pool(s), and it's kind of a pain in the ass. Ultimately, if we could get 20+ people to do the Yahoo pool(s), it would be great. If we want to go local and do it here in the forum, I'm fine with that too, as long as I'm not doing anything but submitting picks. I also recall that there were people the last couple of years who said they wished they were in, but didn't get their stuff set up before the season started and then blew it off. And if it means we get 20+ people here, then by all means let's do it. But first, maybe we can look at some old threads and see some of the people who used to participate who haven't signed up yet this year. And then pester the crap out of them until they do!
