My wife is Irish, so maybe the in-laws will even foot the funeral bill that way! DX :thu:

I love that guitar playing cat! Anyway, I would hope that my wife would write the song for me. She is a very talented songwriter who won a Canada wide contest and had her song written in a book over 20 years ago. Besides that, SHE KNOWS ME. Why are you thinking about such a morbid thing? Dan http://musicinit.com [/b][/quote]I was actually watching the Tonight Show and Jay Leno had Ringo Starr as a guest. He performed a song about George which I assume he wrote himself. Unfortunately, I thought it was cheesy. Ringo quoted some of Harrison's lyrics but I thought he overdid it. He quoted three of George's songs in the chorus. One was "Within You, Without You" which was cool, and another one I can't remember now, but then he followed up the next line with "'Here Comes the Sun' is about you" and I cringed. :p

You can have Pink Floyd play "Comfortably Numb" at my funeral because I will certainly be feeling NO pain. :D Outside of Floyd; Don Henley, Stevie Nicks, or Sheryl Crow could easily tell many tales of my life just in going though their catalogs of songs.

You can take the man away from his music, but you can't take the music out of the man.
