Magpel
Wow! The first "big hit" takes out the defending champ! Well, daBowsa, you're going have to come back for the ceremonial transfer of the Paisley Jacket and the awarding of the PEK...but until then, relax and focus on your other pools. meccajay
Hmm, Had a feeling about Tennessee after the way they played the Colts last week. TROLL . . . ish.
daBowsa
Yeah, the Colts game was scary, but I took it for a fluke and expected a "let-down after the almost beat the undefeated" syndrome. I didn't expect Travis Henry to bust out a career-high game on the road. Redskins were sort of in a must-win situation. I'd picked against the Titans twice already - I guess 3 losses is just too much to ask. I feel like I'd be in pretty good shape had I advanced, 10 weeks remaining and all my top-10 teams available. I was just about to start picking from my "locks." Oh well, now I can watch my Friday afternoon productivity, and Sunday afternoon stress, return to non-football levels. Is there a better season than football season?

Bucs, Titans and Detroit all got there 1st wins, so not only did you and the others from the pool get burned, but I'd bet there smarting in Vegas too. TROLL . . . ish. ProfD
I have yet to pick my team (Skins) in the pool for obvious reasons. They are too inconsistent. Looking at the remainder of the schedule, I still have a hard time figuring out which week they might show up. I'll keep routing for them on game day and being disgusted when the QB and coaches make those wack a** decisions. I figured this was Washington's best shot at winning a game, looking at the rest of their schedule. I guess it doesn't pay to look that far ahead. On the other hand, my fantasy team kicked ass this week (go Torry Holt), and the Saints won. 'Twas fun while it lasted. Good luck to everyone left standing. Magpel
Well, I hate picking road teams in a survival pool, but I am now officially reaping the bitter harvest of my "always pick the best matchup on the board" philosophy. db, if you would be so kind, give me the Jacksonvilles over, and at, Houston in week VII.
