jpgxk3
Hi all, has anyone actually used a Mojo 61 optional lower manual under a legend Solo organ? Pros/Cons? I researched Crumar's site and found the GM Labs MJU device which will allow the M61 LM to be an independent midi keyboard supplying power, midi connections... I do own a Korg Plug Key which is needed. I think it would be an interesting project, not concerned with the visual aspects of the different finishes of the two. Thanks, Joe

stoken6
I recall that the Mojo lower manual is not a standard MIDI keyboard. A couple of spare pins are used to provide power, and the MIDI protocol it uses is non-standard. There is a Crumar doodad box that can be used to inject power and translate to standard MIDI. Cheers, Mike.
konaboy
the legend has a nice top panel. i would prefer to put a synth or keyboard on top and use it to play the *upper* manual on the legend. just an idea you might want to explore if you've already got the gear. Adan
Legend has stiffer springs than the Mojo. Speaking for myself, that would throw me off if I was trying to really play organ.
