WesG
The basic patterns are all doable in C, F, and G. Anything else is pointless, IMO, because the glisses are too "out" IMO. And what's boogie woogie without glissandi?! StanC
That video is a good demo on why to buy a full 88 instead of a 73 or 76. I'd say she does a pretty good job with 61! RABid
Someone buy that lady a decent stand. The Kurz is doing a lot of bouncing on that X-stand. This post edited for speling. My Sweetwater Gear Exchange Page

Baldwin Funster
Ran across this 4 hand boogie woogie, these guys are having a blast and so is the audience! [video:youtube] I'm not sure but that might actually exceed the legal limit to the amount of boogie woogie in 7 northern states. FunMachine. JakeJackson
Some more fun with boogie woogie--a French stage show with good dancers. The dancing may be of more interest: Serious rock and roll dancing with some Lindy-hop moves. (Well, I wasn't around when early rock dancing was getting started, so rock may have come out of the Lindy to start with, and kept some of the moves, so these dancers may be simply keeping true to the original.) Baldwin Funster
Im not sure if that was boogie woogie or LE boogie woogie. Ive not before seen a boogie woogie exhibition that starts out with quotes from beethoven and the nutcracker suite. FunMachine.
CEB
Katie used to make classic quotes. She should have been more well known. She may have been but after Otis Redding died she sort of went into semi retirement or something had her fall of the scene.
