Stephen S
Does anybody know if the Crumar fast/slow leslie switch is compatible with the Vent? DISCLAIMER - professionally affiliated with Fulcrum Acoustic www.fulcrum-acoustic.com
jpgxk3
I just tried using my Mojo halfmoon switch with my Vent yesterday; unfortunately the Crumar switch only allows slow or fast speed with the Ventilator. There is no stop position even though the Crumar switch has a stop position. Makes me think the boys at Crumar wired it their own way. So if you want just slow/fast it appears to work although I have no idea if there is any chance of damaging either since they are not a match. Go at your own risk... or, you can use a HS cu-1 halfmoon switch which is what I have adapted. Drawback with the cu-1 is that the mounting frame of this switch is too shallow to attach it to the front rail of the Mojo with screws! So it's heavy duty Velcro for me which has worked out well, but it has to be heavy duty to hold the switch in place. Good luck. Joe.
mate stubb
I have both a Mini Vent with Ashby remote and a Mojo halfmoon. One of my many projects to be investigated is to do a mod with a switch or something to make the half moon work for both vent and internal sim. drawback
The Nord half moon works with the Vent. But will it work with the Mojo61? ____________________________________ Rod Here for the gear.
bill bosco
you can do it it with a 3 way double pole toggle type switch , the two poles give you two switches electrically isolated from each other . if i remember correctly, the crumar's leslie switch uses only one pole . or , i guess , you could use crumar's leslie interface to do the switching for the vent in sync with the mojo
