Sort of amazing how awesome a song like that ends up sounding when you hear the individual tracks. Lends credit to a good engineer/producer/mixer

Did they say how many tracks were available at this time? He said they didn't have enough tracks left for the vocals after all the synth and guitar layering. This was 1977, seems like they should have had at least 32 tracks by then?

It was a great watch. A lot of freedom to experiment in this process and what came out was this strange and ethereal record that resonates on a lot of levels and means something different to whoever is listening. Very personal listening experience.

Yamaha CP88, Casio PX-560
