Reese is one of my faves (and a recent Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee). If you haven't seen Joe Bonamassa's Red Rocks Muddy Wolf special, go watch it now. It is a masterclass on blues piano and Hammond taught by Professor Wynans himself!

I've mentioned it before, but I had the pleasure of jamming with Reese when Stevie Ray came to Anchorage.

 

Many of his licks and chord voicing were blatantly stolen, and are still in use.

 

I used to play "Dangerous Mood". Taken from a 'Keb Mo album
