Adan Posted December 8, 2014 Share Posted December 8, 2014 One interesting thing about that clip is that "announcements" like that are no longer possible, at least not in that way, because when an event like that happens everyone knows about it within a few minutes. Noticed that Gil Scott Heron is standing next to him, maybe he opened the show. Anyway, yes, I get sad every time I think about it. We have RIP threads here but usually it's for someone who is old and who's work is largely behind them.
