Seems unnecessary. :idk

Agree. It might be nice if you had a Tetra and wanted the knobby interface and a reasonable size keyboard. But it would be cheaper to sell the Tetra and buy the Mopho X4 (at a loss of one voice).

I'm a DSI fan ... but yeah I agree.

The price of the yellow Mopho and X4 are close enough why not just buy a X4 and use in unison mode?

I agree, it's not something I expected to see. Clicking on the link, I thought it was an expansion on the X4. Not to be. Oh well. It's a pretty small launch, I guess Dave is just doing a small upgrade to the Mopho, which will gradually phase out the yellow. That look was a little brash.

Maybe some minor business and product considerations are dealt with by not the man himself, but maybe the booze establishment gets sometimes run by lesser gods, and not as vision-full as the Prophets from Sequential Circuits...

"Booze establishment"? Is this the same as the "liquor illuminati"?

I like it. For an extra $100 it looks like a nice step up from the Yellow one.

Agreed. You get another octave of room to play, and a more (IMO) professional look. Considering certain manufacturers require an extra $500-$600 for an extra 12-15 keys, I'd say this is a worthy improvement. :thu:
