Larryz
Cute Cry Baby guitar! I think the guy should add the fake guitar upper and lower body parts like the ones on those traveling silent guitars to make it easier to hold and play...sounds like he got a good deal and it should be a fun conversation piece. Danzilla
The tuning - it's 12 string guitar tuning, just an octave higher. Interesting, but I wonder if it projects very well? Dannyalcatraz
Ehhhh...any of the stringed instruments can alter tuning. Larryz
They also make a banjo with a guitar neck in guitar tuning which is a similar concept...I guess if you can have a banjo guitar you could also have a mandolin guitar...though neither of them are really guitars IMHO. Scott Fraser
So, the Ampeg Dan Armstrong guitars could be made out of clear wood & maybe not weigh a ton, & possibly sound good too. What a world we live in. 1 Quote Scott Fraser
KuruPrionz
This seller on eBay consistently offers weird guitars. He uses quality woods and has a fairly high skill level. Also appears to be inspired by Gretsch but maybe more by the Astro-Jet thing than the classic hollow bodies. I don't understand his designs but they are definitely weird. https://www.ebay.com/itm/guitar-project/324469034203?hash=item4b8bdc8cdb:g:QygAAOSwGmlgFIzg Easy enough to follow the seller, at the least check in once in a while and click "See other items" at the bottom of the small Seller Information box on the right side across from the photos. Nothing too strange today, just another "potato" style body for a project. Quote It took a chunk of my life to get here and I am still not sure where "here" is.
