  1. I have a piece of rubber matting that lives on the top of the Seven to prevent scratching that beautiful curved surface. My Mojo61 sits nicely on that. Also, when playing with just the Seven it's really nice to have that horizontal surface to put a midi module or charts on.
  2. So, Rolandguy, with AUM mixer can I set up layers and splits and access my Ivory sounds in Module?
  3. What bag are you using? Thanks, Ken
  4. I'd like to see a 76 note version of the SP6. I'd be all over that.
  5. Crumar Seven. Between the modeled acoustic piano and sampled acoustic piano I think I can make it work. The EPs are wonderful!
  6. Can anyone share their impressions after getting a Seven and gigging with it?
  7. Does anyone know if it's possible to import samples from the Gemini module into the Seven?
  8. I just read the manual and it looks like there ought to be plenty of control to dial it in to taste.
  9. Sounds very nice - I can't wait to get my hands on one!
  10. It's interesting, I have a SL88 Studio, which I just bought and it has the TP-100 action. I have a Nord Stage EX 76, which has the TP40. I'm actually thinking I prefer to play piano on the SL. To each his own.....
  11. What's the mat materiall you're using between the Crumars? I will have this combo as well.
  12. My stable includes a Mojo 61, a Gemini, and soon a Seven. Oh yeah, there's a Fiat 500 in my driveway as well. I also have a couple of Nords and a Volvo!
  13. I plan to add my Mojo 61 on top for my dream rig.
  14. Guido, We all really appreciate your efforts. The Gemini is already a monster module and you're going to make it even better!
  15. I'd love to hear your impressions of the modeled acoustic piano.
  16. I know my SL88 Studio has the three contact action with aftertouch and it feels good to me.
  17. Hmmm, I wonder what the difference is between the TP 100 that makes some have that 'stop' at the bottom? Maybe there's a mod possible to correct this?
  18. My experience with the TP-100 is quite different. I have a SL88 Studio controller and I find it wonderful for controlling EPs and acoustic pianos. If the Seven feels the same ( why wouldn't it? ) then it promises to feel great to me. I'm not sure comparing the Seven directly to a refurbished Rhodes is completely fair. For one thing, I won't gig with an instrument that weighs what a Rhodes weighs, for another the Seven is much more than a Rhodes. It offers Wurlie, CPs, Clavs, DXs, acoustic piano, etc. I can't wait to get my hands on one of these babies.......
  19. Jim, what's your take on the modeled accoustic piano? Thanks, Ken
  20. Guido, I'd love to see a video similar to this one where you spend some time with the acoustic piano and settings.
  21. I've connected my new SL88 Studio ( TP100 ) to my Mojo61 and playing the EPs is wonderful! I'd say they made the right choice for the Seven.
  22. I will order one too as soon as they are available. I'll do what I can to support Crumar and I absolutely love the vibe of the Seven. My first new keyboard purchase was a Rhodes Stage 73 and I gigged with it for decades before trading it away ( stupid! ). The Seven looks to me like it captures what I loved about my Rhodes and so much more. I'm in!
