Bobsk8
Hi, New to the forum. I currently use a Roland RD600 on gigs and I midi to a VX7 Module and a old Korg M3R. I play left hand base, so on the RD 600 I can split the keyboard and have only the right hand go to the Midi out , and or the left or both. My questions is, can I split the RD 300 SX midi transmit out at the split point, or does it just transmit all 88 notes at once to the midi out line? Prague
www.rolandus.com has an owners manual. That should have some info on this.

ewall08530
I own the RD 300SX and play left hand bass. I midi either a Triton Extreme or a Nord Electro and when I do the bass split, the bass defaults to transmitting on channel 2 while the right hand part of the split stays on channel one. So the left hand bass is only played up to the split. So, yes you can do this very easily. EW
