Blue Strat
I'm listening to it now. Cool! The sampled guitars are sweet! Some really good tones from those guitars too. Great job guys! Johnny Bitch
I did the opening guitar through : Strat to a Steve Vai Wah to a SansAmp(outboard) straight into PT. My guitar part in the middle was an old school Chandler Tube Driver(rack) into a Marshall. The staccato guitar was a Strat straight into a Fender blues. There are about 7 or 8 different guitars altogether. The rest of the guitars belong to Paul and Rim.

I don't remember exactly but some parts went through the record out of my ADA Viper amp and the other went through a Genesis 3. I may have played my Carvin SC90 through the Genesis 3, come to think of it. Wow had put the wah effect (or something close to it) on the clean guitar part (SC90-Gen3) I did. The diatonic (?) solo part near the middle was the LP through the ADA. aka riffing Double Post music: Strip Down http://rimspeed.com http://loadedtheband.com

20to20
WOW, I'm just starting to assemble the CCCD... On the Strip Down CD that you sent I see that there are 2 tracks... I'm assuming that they're clones and that one is a "safety"...?? Thanks, Bob Bob Phillips 20to20soundesign
Johnny Bitch
You got it, just did it 2X for safety reasons. I have second guessed the overall EQ on that mix, what is your input? Take a listen and get back with me. THANKS WOW
20to20
I just happen to be trial-ing a new type of mastering EQ program... And I think I'm gonna use our CD project here as the first guineau pig... And Strip Down is the first song I've loaded in, so... I'll let you know if it works...! Don't worry though, Plan B is to do the work using my more familiar tools... Bob Bob Phillips 20to20soundesign

DanS
Hmmmm. I think Bob's new EQ program shredded our tunes into little piles of butt lint. What we record in life, echoes in eternity. 20to20
Sorry for the response delay, fellers... Yes, the new EQ program is a keeper and I have finished mastering all of the tunes that I have thus far... [Right now we have 6 tunes...] BTW, they all sound great... Good work evvybody...! I'm still playing around with the running order of the tunes, as well as still maintaining a glimmer of hope that we may add 1 or 2 tunes to the roster by the e-o-t-m deadline... ____________________________________ Any new thoughts on how we're gonna dup & dist the finished CDs to the "masses"...? I'm still hip to jackpine's offer... Bob PS - If you're curious, here's a couple of links regarding the aforementioned EQ program: http://www.musicplayer.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=017348 http://www.har-bal.com/ Bob Phillips 20to20soundesign
