djarrett Posted July 25, 2003 Share Posted July 25, 2003 Hey, Guys: I am back in a limited capacity. I appreciate all the private e-mails that folks sent. I have had three surgeries in three days. (two lithotrips and one basket recovery). I now have the blasted stint in place. Can you believe that they are requiring my wife to do the dastartly deed of removing it! I am wiped out as well. As far as why do folks get stones? Don't know. Mine seem to come in the summer when I am more active. I guess I do not replace fluids adequately. Tried the no calcium diet thing, but the docs say it made no difference in my calcium levels. More water, more water, more water. That is my middle name now. Anyway, thanks for the good thoughts.
