My guess is that it will be more specific to technical inaccuracy than general stupidity. Oar something.

Hey you spelt or wrong. TEE-HEE Loser.

Oar, transitive verb: 1. To propel with or as if with oars or an oar. 2. To traverse with or as if with oars or an oar.

I didn't misspell anything. On this forum, you will find "oar" used as a verb, generally in the phrase "oar something". This is used when giving an opinion on something that is not meant to be taken as profound wisdom to the intended reader, in this case you Thanny.

If you want another English lesson, or perhaps another forum etiquette lesson, I will continue to contribute to this forum for years to come.

Y'see, this is why I love this forum.

Education, societal reinforcement, bass lessons, humility, hardcore bitch slapdowns,

etiquette lessons...

Good stuff. Not a dry seat in the house. :)

Nice post, NUTT. Oar something.

Greenboy is cool. There, I said it.

And I don't even care what he's said about me. :D

Peace,

wraub

p.s. Mmmmmm, Vicodin.

I'm a lot more like I am now than I was when I got here.

The bet stands as long at it's a Frontier, I could use a small truck. Otherwise I can wait until Nissan ends their ugly streak. Oar something.

Clever NUTT, very very clever.

Greenboy is around.

Check out his V-Bass Forum.

I have never met him; however, have had literally hours of delightful conversation with him on the phone and think he is one of the smartest musicians I have ever had the pleasure of talking to.

Great guy, too!

It is told that during the first new moon after the summer soltice, upon the drawing of the ritual bass cleff into the soil, where upon offerings of broken G strings, worn nuts, flatten frets and stripped machine heads, after which the proper incantaions (in the form of three identical new posts) are made, Greenboy will again appear and diagnose everyone's electrical problems then flame Thanny.

Then the post ritual feast and drunken orgy will follow...

Maybe, just maybe, he is masquerading as another, say newer-younger member?

BTW- great post S.C.! LMAO!

I have nothing nice to say so . . .

Wow! I was all set to say something silly and then I read Chad's post. It's taken many years for me to get over losing my mother. If you need someone to talk to, g., get in touch.

Smart? Yes, he is. I greatly appreciate our conversations, even though I still haven't made a move based on them. (Still waiting to hit the lotto.)

Oar something.

I, also, wish greeny the best, and offer my condolences.

Sad news, perhaps the saddest.

Peace, el nino verde.

Since I do come off as a smart-a$$ most of the time, I was not aware until just after I posted of his situation. If I have offended anyone, particularly GB, by my post at this time, I sincerly apologize. To GB, my heartfelt condolences.

I had read something about this awhile back. My sympathies to you Greenboy. It took me a long time to get over losing my parents but I do think he'll be back when he's ready. The forum hasn't been the same without him.
