Tedster
I dunno, is there a "Finland Time Zone"? FT is old Weather Service terminology for "terminal forecast" (yeah, I know it was backwards. I have no clue as to why). "Cisco Kid, was a friend of mine"

doc taz
Actually, I've noticed that the forum time is one hour behind US Eastern time. I'd guess that the main servers for the forums are run in Tedster's time zone (US Central). sevenstring.org profile my flickr page
Jeff Klopmeyer
I am fairly sure this server is in Tennessee, which would explain the time zone. Slowly
At the bottom of this page is the time zone info. It reads CT. Kcbass "Let It Be!"
Chris.
you think that this forum is in sync with tedster time, whereas i think that actually tedsters in sync with forum time! http://www.faceoffriendship.org/fof_banner_468.gif
I I mjrn
Originally posted by Tedster: I dunno, is there a "Finland Time Zone"? Keeping after the tangetial, there is a Nova Scotia time zone. It's a half-hour off from the zones on either side of it. That's gotta be the oddest one, right? Wrong! Several countries, including India, offset from convention by 30 minutes...& you have to wonder, "why?". Then there's the China zone; all one time for the entire country. That's convenient, especially for western China.

This is due to our position (sticking out into the Atlantic Ocean a wee bit too far to go under Atlantic Time). Nova Scotia falls under Atlantic Time, which is one hour ahead of Eastern. Cheers!
