Did you hear? Film is BACK, baby! Pentax has shrugged off the mirrorless craze to invest in film. Are they on to something? Let's talk about it!

The one I'd like to see (and probably never will) is the Pentax 67. 120 film is amazing. 

I used to work in a custom photo lab, I printed Type R (transparencies to print - positive to positive). 

I had a customer who shot landscapes on 4x5. One time I printed a shot he took of the Grand Canyon in the morning with snow falling. 

I should have made 2 prints and took one home!!!!!

It took a chunk of my life to get here and I am still not sure where "here" is.

Absolutely!  I have a Rolleiflex....  The negatives from it are outstanding.  Even the "scans" I make from them (using a DSLR + macro lens) are superior to those from 35mm.
