kingy75
Anyone know if this is compatible with the Forte? http://megapreset.com/?download=mega-brass Or any other brass libraries for the Forte? Thanks
Analogaddict
I don"t know 100% sure, but I"ve successfully ported all of my PC3 patches to my Forte.
jeffincltnc
It should be fine. I do not have any MegaPreset libraries installed on my Forte, but I have no issues with PC3 sound libraries getting loaded into Forte. I have PC3 sound sets from K-Sounds, Kurzweilworld, Sweetwater and Barb & Co. that all load right up. jeffincltnc
I was just browsing their library and forgot that the Mega Presets sound fantastic. Just remembering that they have a 1.7GB Mega Grand piano sampled with 13 velocity layers that you can buy for $47 and load into Flash memory is what sets the Forte out from the competition other than Korg Kronos. The Atmospheric Piano and Atmospheric Pads also seem great. The Epic Flute is as good as what I have heard in premium software instruments and much control over the articulations. And for $18, Epic Guitar would put Forte guitars to the top of the Rompler sounds in this category as well. Thanks for posting this. AnotherScott
The use of the sustain pedal on the demo hurts. Quote Maybe this is the best place for a shameless plug! Our now not-so-new new video at https://youtu.be/3ZRC3b4p4EI is a 40 minute adaptation of T. S. Eliot's "Prufrock" - check it out! And hopefully I'll have something new here this year. ;-)
Jonathan Hughes
The use of cliched blues scales in the demo also hurts.
Outkaster
I was wondering the same thing as I use a lot of brass but it doesn't say it's compatible? Quote "Danny, ci manchi a tutti. theshinenz
I've got it on my Forte, have been using the pack for a number of years. It was years ago I imported the PC3 file so assume it still all imports fine into PC4 or Forte.
Outkaster
OK Maybe I will purchase it then. Quote "Danny, ci manchi a tutti. La E-Street Band non e' la stessa senza di te. Riposa in pace, fratello" noblevibes.com
