Crazy decision

For the third time in a row, I sold a Yamaha CP4 and bought...a Nord Stage 3.

A few minutes after the Nord arrived, I got a phone call from Dave Ferris, who said: "Are you mad? Don't you remember what happened the last two times you sold that piano?"

Then I woke up.

Phew - that was close...

That's right, Dave would have said, "Are you bloody mad???" ;)

I'm too much of cheap a** to call over to the UK.
And too much of a luddite to use something like Skype or Facetime? :idk::poke:;)

Courtesy of the BBC via Netflix, here are some more adverbs to Britishly precede "mad":

  • ruddy
  • bloody
  • bleedin'
  • barking

Then there are the similes, including "mad as..."

  • a hatter
  • a hornet
  • a box of ferrets
  • a wet hen

barking mad as a wet hen!

Sounds like an apt way to do describe Baldrick.
