Markay
Waves sampled CP80 now on special for $39. But first take the Markeyboard test and ask yourself - Do you really need this? Markyboard
I wonder if anyone is working on a trebuchet VST for Kevin (aka Kanker).
AnotherScott
Their demo is interesting... I'm only listening through my computer speakers, but it sounds like it's a CP80 layered with a Rhodes, which is an interesting sound, but seems like an odd way to feature the product. Maybe this is the best place for a shameless plug! Our now not-so-new new video at https://youtu.be/3ZRC3b4p4EI is a 40 minute adaptation of T. S. Eliot's "Prufrock" - check it out! And hopefully I'll have something new here this year. ;-)

Steve Nathan
Do you really need this? Does anybody really need this? All these years later, it's still a horrible sound Don't rush me. I'm playing as slowly as I can! http://www.stevenathanmusic.com/stevenathanmusic.com/HOME.html https://apple.co/2EGpYXK

ElmerJFudd
I really like the CP-70/80 sound. Excellent alternative EP when the Rhodes and Wurly's are becoming a bore. And I takes great to adding fx and layers. Or raw with bass and drums and a little grit. Yamaha CP88, Casio PX-
Reezekeys
Not much of a fan myself (and I lugged around a real CP70 for years), but for the trib guys that need that sound well that's probably who the target market is.
mate stubb
I prefer the Roland SA Piano 3 to the CP. Serves the same purpose in the mix, but without the tubby out of tune harmonics. Moe ---
Doerfler
Waves sampled CP80 now on special for $39. But first take the Markeyboard test and ask yourself - Do you really need this? I bought their Rhodes and Wurlitzer on a Black Friday sale that was too good to pass up. This CP 80 I'm going to pass up, but thanks for posting, Mark. Bill W
I picked it up. It sounds great but seems a little CPU heavy. I don't think you can go wrong for $39. Doerfler
I really like the CP-70/80 sound. I admit I do also, sometimes. I still own a CP 70 and it is set up to play, doesn't get played alot, however. I do like the action. Excellent alternative EP when the Rhodes and Wurly's are becoming a bore. This phenomenon has not yet happened to me.
