Bill W
Now we'll just have to wait for the XK-5c Korg Kronos 61 (2); Roland Fantom-06, 2015 Macbook Pro and 2012 Mac Mini (Logic Pro X and Mainstage), GigPerformer 4.
ElmerJFudd
Hammond XK-4 - updated CV and internal rotary sim, sample sets from the SK line. Yamaha S90M - based on the Montage. No super knob - just the new super big AWM2 libraries and the FM-X synth in either a familiar UI or simpler one at a gigger's price point. Nord Stage 2 EX D - with draw bars. Nord Electro 6D with a synth engine - would be great, but not likely since it would hurt their Stage sales, but maybe not as many don't buy the Stage anyway because they are priced out. Called it! well, close enough. You can send donations to, XK-5 for Fudd c/o ElmerJFudd P.O. Box blah blah blah Yamaha CP88, Casio PX-
allan_evett
Now we'll just have to wait for the XK-5c And I'll still be waiting for the XK-5m, or 3m.. Even with the HX-3 being prominent, no love for module users, Hammond ? ElmerJFudd
If your band has made the shift to digital, Radial has some Dante, Bluetooth, and Cat-5 offerings new at Messe... BT-Pro Bluetooth® Direct Box Automatically pairs with Bluetooth® transmissions from laptops, iPhones and tablets to enable wireless connection to the PA system via balanced outputs. Unique top-side antennae reduces interference allowing reception distances of 15 meters (50'). DiNET Network direct box with Dante A 'world first'! Dante enabled direct boxes: The DiNET DAN-RX includes a 24bit/96kHZ digital to analog endpoint that allows the user to output audio from a Dante network to stereo systems. The DiNET DAN-TX allows the user to connect instruments or line level sources directly to networked audio systems using the Dante protocol. Catapult 4-channel Cat-5 Audio Snake A four channel audio snake that lets you send analog and AES digital audio signals over standard Cat-5 shielded twisted pair cable. This enables system contractors to take advantage of pre-wired networks to connect one room to another and allows stage techs to take advantage of the relatively low cost of this abundantly available cable for return snakes or for transporting channels of balanced audio across a large stage. ElmerJFudd
Softtube Modular Buchla and Moog started it all with their modular synthesizers in the 1960s. Doepfer made it affordable in the 1990s by introducing the Eurorack standard. Today, Softube makes the Eurorack modular synthesizer truly accessible for everyone with the Modular plug-in. Softube is proud to announce Modular: A new cross-platform modular synthesizer plug-in that looks, works and sounds exactly like its analog Eurorack counterparts. MorayM
I think this is the first we are seeing it lit up, which is a better sign than any. Although given that all the 7-segment displays are showing 8.8. and every other LED is lit I wouldn't get too excited! Moonglow
If they're doing a funny pun on the company names, why does the actual unit say "Vox" instead of "Kox"? Because then folks might be inclined to think of the penis, duh. Mark Schmieder
This makes no sense to me. So there is some new company that is calling themselves Vorg, putting out a Kox organ, and somehow using the Vox logo without lawsuit? Or did someone use a photo of Korg's own occasional one-off Vox reissue to illustrate their mention of an unexpected new player that is doing a clone and playing anagram with the name so that people "get it" but they don't get sued? The Korg Vox reissue was never for sale. Is this one? Way more interested in having a Vox reissue than a Mellotron, as it is my most-used alternate keyboard sound.
