JeffLearman
Not all chops are bad. A friend of mine chopped an M3 just by splitting the upper and lower parts of the cabinet. IIRC, he moved the preamp into the lower part. Made it so both parts were an easy enough carry for two people, and fit snugly into his pickup with the bed cover on. He had an old small Leslie and together they sounded pretty good. (The Leslie might have been chopped a bit, too; I don't remember.)
Outkaster
Yes but the problem is they have a shitty residual almost no one wants them. "Danny, ci manchi a tutti. Ulf
Well, nice mod, but does it have a built-in hairdryer? Rock bottom bass Fakebook Pro Sheet Music Reader - at every gig!
Gary75
It really has been nicely done, even if you aren't thrilled with the re-configuration. The fact the whole system fits in an estate car is very nice. It's actually too nice to gig, and yet too modified for a home organ. It falls in between. It will sell, but I reckon they will have to knock a bit of money off. Leslie is worth around £500, more had it been stock. Organ, well, I'd pay no more than £600 for it. Nice stock C3's your looking at £1700-2k here in UK. It'll be interesting to see what it goes for. I have a feeling it'll be off EBay though. Outkaster
Yeah they would have better luck selling it in the UK probably. "Danny, ci manchi a tutti. La E-Street Band non e' la stessa senza di te. Riposa in pace, fratello" noblevibes.com
Doc Tonewheel
Apparently, the roller rink thing is not dead. Nice to see the Hammond is still being used in situations other than the band scenario.
