Jaime Chimuelo Posted April 1, 2012 Share Posted April 1, 2012 I really like this place.Just wanted to say thanks to the Forum Moderators and members.I don't post really unless I am contributing or learning something, but it's so nice to be in a place where so many people share their gigs and gear tips.I average 1.25 posts a week but since I have a totally re designed unltra portable rig, I hope to share and keep learning here.One thing I find incredible is that I went from a crew/signed/managed gig to sideman/contractor and had a massive rig, even used the Lab Series II MoogSyn Amp and had 48U with 4 Keyboards.I now have a slanted AmpMixer 4U, and use an 8U LCD instead of the mixer on top, and managed to keep the might SE-1, XITE-1, Lexicon PCM70, MOTU MIDI 8 x 8, and PL Plus. 2 x Keyboards and 2 x Mackie 12" Thumps and can set up and do a soundcheck in 3 minutes.I think we are definately spoiled now and ain;t it great. Anyways, I have learned more than I shared here, so Thanks for a great place. CiaoMein.
