Semi OT - What an opportunity!

Saw this in a nearby CL's posting:

http://lewiston.craigslist.org/muc/2642307309.html

I thought it was humorous, and pretty offensive. This person clearly has a dream - he just doesn't want to do any of the work and has a very narrow view on who can make his dream happen for him. Or maybe it isn't a dream; maybe it is just a correspondence business school assignment.

edited to add 'Semi OT' to subject.

edited again to fix spelling in subject - this is why I have less than 100 posts but have been a member since 2008 :(

It does not reflect well on his business school that he could earn those grades while having such poor spelling, grammar, and overall communication skills.

But he DOES have a powered mixer and some speakers on sticks!

I'm currently a student in a correspondence school taking business management.

My grades so far are;

He might as well post his golf handicap, since it is as relevant as his grades.

Can you already play or learn to play these three songs?

Battle of New Orlenes 1814

My Country Tiss of Thee

Star Spangled Banner

Quite a list. Hiss gig must be at the New Orlenes VFW Hall.

What's an "opportinuity"?

Thats that thing Pete Townsend has, where he cant hear high freakquiencies. Cmon, get with it man! All the cool musicians get it, once they evolve past the Yamaha Powered Mixer and club set speakers on stands. Rock with MasterBOT!

Sorry Jim, Im pretty sure this guy is for reels.

Hitting "Play" does NOT constitute live performance. -Me.

I don't think it's real, based on the song selection. The ad is too inconsistent: the spelling mistakes seem intentional. I don't follow Craigslist so I don't know what they allow, but the racism seems too polite, it seems staged. The ad and the song selections are clearly hinting at "Arayan Nation Band", but the language seems staged.

I think the person wrote it to see who would respond. Why, I'm not sure.
