The guy spraying the lacquer finish was not wearing any face mask. That concert version Hammond brought back memories with those square black plastic tabs on the right side of the lower keyboard. Thanks! No guitarists were harmed during the making of this message. In general, harmonic complexity is inversely proportional to the ratio between chording and non-chording instruments. Whenever I get to hear a real Hammond, I'm reminded of how wonderful it sounds and fills up a room in mono. But, I need to find an alternative listening environment. Lately, I've been hearing the Hammond during funeral services. Not to worry, in the hands of gospel musos, it doesn't sound too dreary.
