Keyboardwizz
As a long tome keyboard player I'm amazed that some manufacturers "forget" some options. I was wondering which keyboard had the option to set high or low note priority, so you could have the upper voice play a different sound than the rest of the chord. SO which keyboards have this function? From the keyboards that I owned (and that where a lot) I remember the Rhodes Chroma and the Kawai K4 where capable of this. Any other brands? marino
It's a key feature for me, as I like to build little "ensembles" with multisounds, combining mono and poly voices. Almost all my instruments have it. When I discovered that the Andromeda lacked this feature (it's in permanent last-note priority) after having bought it, I couldn't believe it. I had failed to check beforehand; I took it for granted on a modern analog poly.
Keyboardwizz
Are there any romplers ,masterkeyboards or midiprocessors with this function? Looking for a way to create better ensembles (horns or strings) On my kawai k4 I made a patch for "Moon over Bourbonstreet" low patch was a doublebass with afterbeat highhat, high part flute and polyphonic strings. Could play the wholw song live. That's the stuff I'm looking for , any suggestions?
