lrossmusic
I have an att.net e-mail account with the capability of sending five attachments. Are mp3 files too big to send as an attachment in an e-mail message? I tried this once with my old hotmail account but it didn't work. IOW Is there a standard limit to how big a file can be in an attachment?
nursers
Nope - tends to be an ISP thing. My ISP won't allow attachements of greater than 5 meg, which would cover a single MP3 in most cases. :) The Keyboard Chronicles Podcast Check out your fellow forumites in an Apple Music playlist Check out your fellow forumites in a Spotify playlist My Music: Stainless Fields

sonusman
Most ISP's give you around 15-20MB of server space for a personal web site. You could always upload your mp3 to there and send a link to the file in the email. I have seen ISP restrictions as low as 2MB for attachments on e-mails. What a crock! :D Ed
where02190
ATTBI allows 10mb of personal web space to upload whatever you choose. learn about how to use this, and upload the MP3's, then send links for dl to your clients. this way, the client doesn't get a 5mb e-mail, and can dl at their convienence. Wewus432
There's a truckload of options for sending files over the internet. Here's something I've been looking into for sending music tracks back and forth- WORMHOLE
