  1. I gig with the Vivo S3. I am with a Guess Who Tribute so I need mostly AP sounds. I agree that the EPs and B3 sounds need to be tweaked but for me they are acceptable for my needs. The S3 is built beautifully and easy to use and very light. I use a Mojo 61 for tone wheel sounds and mix both through a Key Largo. I have no doubt that Dexibell will be listening to us in this forum and have found them very responsive to any questions I have had. No regrets with my purchase.
  2. I just received the Dexibell bag for the Vivo S3 beautifully made. I wonder if they outsource that to someone else beautiful fit and quality just like the keyboard.
  3. Would anyone have any idea what amplification or monitor the Dexibell was being played through during the promotional videos?
  4. As I posted before three just received the Vivo S3 two days ago but really havent had time to play with it yet. It has amazing build quality beautiful AP piano sounds which I am most interested in and its amazing light weight. Dexibell is on Facebook messenger and does respond to questions fairly quickly. Yesterday I even emailed a gentleman at DB regarding a question and it turned out it was the president of the company. He emailed back within a few minutes with an answer to my question. I think I will enjoy dealing with this company and the board is definitely a keeper from what I can see so far. Absolutely love the touch, feel and sound.
  5. Just received the S3 from Sam Ashe. Havent been able to spend but a few minutes with it. Esthetic and build quality are very nice.. The first thought that came to mind was white end caps look perfect, why would you change them? Ill have more later.
  6. I really do not get automatic sliders. I guess theyre trying to save preset positions for the tone wheel. I am more concerned with Ap sound so I dont think I would ever spring for that S9.
  7. New video of flagship S9 Their spokesperson and performer is very impressive.
  8. I was wondering if anyone on the forum have had experience with this board especially the Vivo stage pianos? They sound amazing on video, are lightweight and seem to excell with APs.
  9. is it the one that is packaged with the Grand Stage? If so, I love mine.
  10. No one has mentioned the stand that is bundled with it increasing the price point. Has any other company besides Korg ever done this? Having said that, It is a great stand and I do like having it but never would have bought it separately.
  11. I use my mp7 in rehearsal but take the grand stage with me due to weight. I second all that you say about the board.
  12. Thanks! Could someone tell me what that rowing handle is for? Maybe we should call it a GrandStand It supports 1 or 2 more tiers. Actually a nice stand whether you want it or not.
  13. I guess my question regarding the monitor would be that normally I would run the piano into one channel and the Organ into the second channel. It looks like the outputs whether the quarter inch Or XLR are going to be one left and one right so I would assume both keyboards be monitored out of one channel. Also if youre running stereo, but the house will only do mono can you still set the keyboards up in stereo into your monitor and let them just take mono output from the single XLR?
  14. Thanks Tim, I was wondering with the two keyboard rig you obviously run 2 lefts and two right Imputs, but how would you run your outputs to a stereo amp monitor and to FOH?
  15. Could you guys and girls suggest a personal mixer for my rig which is a Mojo clone and Korg Piano? I would like to run stereo via 1/4 cables to the mixer then from the mixer to DI and then out to FOH and my personal monitor a stereo Motionsound amplifier. thanks.
  16. Definitely loving the sound and simplicity of this board. Cannot wait to try it out . Biggest challenge will be to adapt to 73 Keys. Definitely will fit in the car better than the MP7. Also picked up a Mojo 61. I am downsizing from a regular mojo to reduce weight as well hopefully making life simpler and lighter.
  17. I just updated OS. My sounds were saved so I didnt have to reload
  18. Ben, if your checking in, or if anyone else can answer, regarding updating O.S: After you download new OS file, what happens to the favorites, that is the factory ones and the ones you've over written as your own? The PDF instruction file mentions doing a factory reset to get the fav's back after the upgrade, but then I would think you'd also need to add the ones you've created back in.
  19. I would have bought another SV1, but I need brass, sax, flute and strings.
  20. Hi, Ben, I now follow you on You Tube. You are one of the reasons I bought the board. I sat through your long review of this board and it answered most questions I had. Thanks and good job!
  21. You have to remember, I am not very technical and am totally looking for simplicity, but to my knowledge, so far, I believe you can create splits and have the ability to 'swap' them and you can layer two voices only.(If anyone knows differently, please jump in and correct me). I don't think you can do multitimbral setups, but again, I may be wrong. BTW, Ben Allan, who is on this thread is a very good source for questions on this board.
