dongna Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 All looks normal for me here (Windows 10, Chrome browser). You could try pressing Ctrl-0 (zero) to make sure your browser isn't downsizing the font for this site. Also, Ctrl-+ will make the font increasing larger. Jim fixed it yesterday - seems reasonable to guess the incidents may be related. Glad to hear this was easy to resolve. [video:youtube] I use one of the customer interfaces so I guess the forum every now and then logs you out, maybe updates have been applied. So all my setting are going until I log back in and my settings kick back in. May want to try logging out of the forums and log back in so all your setting get reapplied. Hey, I can now read entire posts in portrait orientation on my phone (iPhone 7 Plus, current version of iOS) without having to scroll! That's great, thanks!
