LavaMan Posted October 8, 2005 Share Posted October 8, 2005 It was really cool to go into the local American Red Cross office today and give them a check for $5325 and tell them the story of how this raffle came about. They loved it! On the wall was a huge blow up check from the Air Force Wing at POPE AFB, and they donated about $3900. So, it was a great feeling to see that a bunch of us musicians contributed more than this large Air Force unit. An awesome experience! I scanned the recpeipt and posted on my website. Thanks to all who participated! I just wanted to share what a great experience this was for me today.
