pauldil
So far, I've met forumites Salty Tonk in Texas and Flyscots and Scott Jones in Chicago. This week Im in Boston for work, and last night I had the pleasure of hanging out with Billster. He picked me up at the hotel & we went out for dinner and talked about all of you . He then took me to Ryles Jazz Club to see Bruce Bartlett, a truly amazing guitarist who just blew me away. He had a killer organ trio that played a super-tight kind of jazz/funk thing. All in all, it was a really enjoyable evening. Just like his on-screen persona, Bill is a smart, funny, & super nice guy. Bill, thanks for the hospitality! Let me know if youre ever in Chicago (hopefully, the bars in Chicago will be non-smoking like Boston's by then ). Paul
