Jazzman Posted January 26, 2005 Share Posted January 26, 2005 Hey folks, I had sent in a CD of "Just Hangin" to Recording Mag last year and was shocked to see a write-up in the February issue of the "Readers Tapes" section. They gave me a nice comment back about the tune. If any of you folks get the Mag. Take a look. I took a stab at sending in a tune. This song will be on my album this year and was on one of our Keyboard comp. CD's, eight I believe. I just read it now( I happened to pick up this issue at NAMM - I quit them last year) and that was a great review especially compared to the one I had reviewed maybe 10 years ago. I remember they couldnt understand or pick out my lyrics in the mix although they did compliment me on use of dynamics(keyboards)in the song. Sounds like you nailed it. Congrats again.
