Synthmatic
It sounds like the Anniversary Edition without the 50th anniversary badge, just renamed. Dave

MikeT156
Quoted by OctaveDr: -------------------------------------- Get ready for the voyage of a lifetime. The MiniMoog Voyager Electric Blue sells for $3295 and is immediately available. -------------------------------------- Spoken like a true Moog Sales Rep. I don't care how "pretty" it looks, its about how it sounds, and how much it costs. At $3295.00 for a designer mono synth, I won't be getting ready for anything made by Moog Music AKA Franklin Mint. Synthmatic
This is on the Sonic State Site: Moog Release New Mini Electric Blue is boxed up and ready to go 10-Jan-05 We just got a compact message from the Moogsters, letting us know about the new Minimoog Electric Blue cabinet mounted synthesizer. As yet, we have no pictures but we do know that the Electric Blue incorporates virtually all of the functions of the original Minimoog Synthesizer (produced from 1971 to 1984) with a "sound and beauty all its own". The Electric Blue is housed in an ash cabinet with a fractal blue finish and the awe-inspiring electric blue backlit front panel. With three ultra-stable analog oscillators, dual Moog Filters, and the punchiest analog envelope generators around, the Electric Blue is sure to draw attention from players, audio engineers, and analog synthesis aficionados alike. So it looks like this just may be the Voyager rack. We'll see... Dave
Immo
I did a quick seach for this on Google which yielded me some apple page about it. The Apple page linked back to the Voyager Anniversary Edition however. Not sure what to make of that.

MikeT156
It may be official, but I'd like to see how much its going to retail for, just for a laugh. Bob Moog has got to keep that IRA money coming in. Mike T.
