BP3 Posted December 29, 2002 Share Posted December 29, 2002 Chuck Levin, founder of Washington Music Center, died of cancer last week. He was a major player in the MI world. His sons Alan and Robert have run WMC and WPS (the broadcast and pro audio counterpart to WMC) for many years now. He will be missed. rog951 Posted December 29, 2002 Share Posted December 29, 2002 Growing up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Chuck Levin's was like "gear Mecca" to me and my musician buddies. We would make our semi-annual pilgrimages over the bridge to Chuck's and it was always a fun trip. I bought SO much stuff there over the years.
