Maybe listens from certain countries just don't count, hehe. Anyway, no point getting into it, don't let those clowns get you down. The main thing is that you get a chance with your song, screw the middlemen! -CB
KTempo
The counter maybe acting "shady". Even in this forum. When I had posted my 40th post, my 41st post still said 40. Go figure... 1Empress_Scorpio
Agreed with Bobro, Screw the middle man, you can do everything more effectively yourself and yes, totally be proud that your music is being shared in this vast way. I am on mp3.com, it discusts me, the only reason I am on there is because it is easy for people to access and sample my works. But I'm looking for a new home for my art, perhaps just my own site. Just for exposure, mp3.com is most excellent. But they are all asses there, their "Premium Artists" get everything just cos they can afford the gawd-aweful expensive user fees, so un-fair. Oh well, if you are not that confident with your music I guess you'll do anything for it right? Anyways, the only way you get paid for each download is if those people are actually subscribed to mp3.com, if not the counter will just keep tracking the number of overall listens. I am not hoping for any money from that, I'm not a paying artist to mp3.com, I won't be getting natta. If you click on that counter it will bring you to your stats and so called earnings, it's a laugh so have a good one... vi vi vi vi vi www.mp3.com/just_vi_an
